Continuing Education (CEU’s)

Healthcare workers with licenses from the Board of Nursing are required to complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every year to keep their licenses current.

Once a student completes the required hours, they are submitted to the CE Broker to be reviewed by the BON.

Capscare offers Continuing Education (CEU’s) services in the following subjects:

for Health Care Providers - American Heart Association Certified

IV Therapy:

30 hours (2 Days)
Wednesday or Friday for skills check off
Video class may vary from 10AM - 2PM
Sticking class may vary from 10AM - 4PM

Cost: $600

IV Therapy Update:

12 hours

Cost: $235*Student must be able to provide original IV Therapy certificate to qualify for this class.

After Completing this unit, the student will be able to match terms associated with concepts of health/illness and medical-surgical care to their correct definitions.
