LPN Remedial

Didactic and clinical instruction addresses basic competencies for medical-surgical nursing as they apply to the holistic care of adult clients seen primarily in the acute care environment.

• Course is open to applicants who have failed the NCLEX three consecutive times. A letter from the Board of Nursing stating student’s need for the remedial course is required to begin.

• The course consists of 80 hours of theory and 96 hours of clinical rotation. This criteria is based on board-mandated hours of completion.
